At Journey Studios Teaching, we offer a one-of-a-kind experience in bespoke guitar and music teaching that comes directly to you. With a teaching plan based on your personal goals, we tailor our lessons to meet your specific needs, ensuring that you get the most out of your musical journey.

    • Weekly lesson @ home. Song driven focus but with just enough theory for that “Ah Ha!” moment.

    • Custom lesson plan based around the music you actually want to learn.

    • All learning materials provided and tailored to your goals.

    • A practice plan that suits you and your life.

  • All the goodness of 30min but with:

    • more time covering tools to enhance your self learning while maintaining a song driven focus.

    • Mid-week check ins to answer any practice questions.

    • Review and incorporation of any material you find an interest in

    • Custom resources for the specific songs you want to learn.

  • Learning taken to the next level.

    The extra time allows for:

    • A new theory element each week. Aimed at improving your broader music knowledge while keeping your playing skills at pace.

    • Send in videos of your practice and get fast feedback on technique and theory questions. No need to wait for the lesson!

    • Custom resources for a song each week. Not just the ones you are learning that semester.

  • This service is for those in a season where weekly lessons either is not affordable or simply not helpful at this stage of your Journey. (Its where we hope our teaching takes you eventually!)
    This lesson structure includes everything from our standard lessons. You are not missing out on a thing!

    • Monthly 30 min lesson that can either be virtual or in person. Review of your practice goals and plan.

    • The option to have a weekly video call to clarify and seek guidance on your practice plan.

    • All the same material review options.

    • Custom resources for your focus song each month.

  • Don’t have a guitar yet? We will provide one!

    • Sourced from one of Sydneys local music stores.

    • Added to your lesson fee
